We  jury in all of our vendors to create a more curated and unique experience for our guests. This also increases the opportunity for our amazing vendors to make a profit!

For example: If you are selected and you sell 3D-printed items, we will do our best to limit the number of other vendors selling similar products.

What’s Included with Your Vendor Ticket:

1 admission ticket (for you)
One 12x24-foot space for your setup
(Your storefront, sleeping quarters, vehicle, and chill area must all fit within this space.) If you have questions about this , please give Carla an ring.
Set-Up & Break-Down Times:

Vendor Setup: Vendor setup begins Thursday at 8:00 AM. Because of our elaborate site layout and limited vehicle access once neighboring booths are set up, vendor spaces will only be held until 5:00 PM Thursday. Vendors arriving after 5:00 PM may still be accommodated if space allows, but we cannot guarantee a space or your originally assigned location. If you have special arrival requirements, please reach out to us in advance so we can do our best to work with you!
NOTE you MUST steak down your tents, pop-ip etc..The wind will destroy things if not properly done.
Break-down: Must be completed by Sunday at 5:00 PM PLEASE micro trash your area and take your trash with you!! This greatly helps us keep costs low!
We stop allowing vendor vehicles into the vendor area after 12:00 PM on Friday
Power:
We do not provide electricity at this time. However, whisper-type generators are allowed with prior approval.

From helping guests at the gate, supporting merchants and performers, assisting workshops, decorating immersive spaces, parking, safety, setup, cleanup, and behind the scenes magic, every role matters. We are looking for dependable, positive humans who can work hard, communicate well, and help create an unforgettable experience for our community. This is a fast paced environment that requires teamwork, flexibility, and kindness under pressure. Volunteer perks may include free entry, camping, community meals, exclusive volunteer spaces, future opportunities, and being part of the crew that makes the magic happen. 2027 Theme: Out of This World Think cosmic chaos, alien energy, intergalactic creativity, neon dreams, and a fully immersive universe created together by the community. 1st Faire is seeking performers ready to help us launch into Out of This World a fully immersive, story-driven experience where creativity bends reality and the unexpected becomes the norm. This is not just a stage. This is a living, breathing environment where performers are part of the atmosphere, the story, and the magic guests carry with them long after they leave.

 

We are looking for musicians, bands, dancers, flow artists, aerialists, spoken word artists, interactive performers, and experimental acts who are willing to push beyond the expected. Whether your style is ethereal, high energy, strange, beautiful, chaotic, or deeply moving, there is space for you here.

 

Our performers are not background noise. You are world builders. You help transform the space, shift the energy, and guide guests deeper into the experience.

At 1st Faire, workshops are more than classes. They are experiences, moments of connection, creativity, storytelling, learning, and magic that help bring the Faire to life.

For 2027, we are blasting off into “Out of This World,” an immersive alien inspired adventure filled with cosmic creativity, strange encounters, futuristic imagination, and intergalactic wonder.

We are looking for passionate facilitators, artists, crafters, makers, healers, teachers, performers, creators, inventors, and curious minds who want to share something meaningful with our community. Whether your workshop is hands on, educational, immersive, interactive, silly, soulful, practical, artistic, futuristic, craft based, skill driven, or completely bizarre in the best way possible, we want to hear about it.

This is not a vendor application. We are specifically looking for people who want to guide an experience, teach a skill, lead a craft, create a moment, or transport attendees into something unforgettable.

When describing your workshop, please tell us:
• What participants will experience
• What skills, crafts, or knowledge you will share
• What attendees will create, learn, or take home
• What makes your workshop unique or engaging
• Whether your workshop is beginner friendly or experience based
• Any materials, tools, or supplies involved
• The overall vibe, energy, or intention behind the experience

We especially love workshops that encourage creativity, crafting, community interaction, self expression, exploration, playfulness, collaboration, movement, storytelling, experimentation, and hands on participation.

Out of This World will be built by the dreamers, explorers, artists, crafters, and beautiful weirdos who help bring it to life. We are looking for facilitators who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences and helping attendees feel connected, inspired, and immersed in the magic of 1st Faire.
