1st Faire is seeking performers ready to help us launch into Out of This World a fully immersive, story-driven experience where creativity bends reality and the unexpected becomes the norm. This is not just a stage. This is a living, breathing environment where performers are part of the atmosphere, the story, and the magic guests carry with them long after they leave.

We are looking for musicians, bands, dancers, flow artists, aerialists, spoken word artists, interactive performers, and experimental acts who are willing to push beyond the expected. Whether your style is ethereal, high energy, strange, beautiful, chaotic, or deeply moving, there is space for you here.

Our performers are not background noise. You are world builders. You help transform the space, shift the energy, and guide guests deeper into the experience.

By applying to perform at 1st Faire, you agree to the following expectations and agreements. Please read carefully before submitting your application.

Commitment & Reliability
Performers selected for 1st Faire are expected to fully commit to their scheduled performance times. This is a collaborative event where each act plays an important role in the overall experience. Late arrivals, missed sets, or early departures without prior approval may impact eligibility for future events.

Professional Conduct
All performers are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward guests, vendors, volunteers, and fellow performers. This is an inclusive, community-focused environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Immersive Participation
1st Faire is an interactive, story-driven event. Performers are encouraged to lean into the theme Out of This World and contribute to the immersive atmosphere both on and off stage when possible.

Performance Content
All performances must be appropriate for a mixed audience environment. While we embrace creativity and edge, content that is excessively explicit, unsafe, or harmful will not be permitted.

Compensation

Compensation varies depending on the act, offering, and agreement made upon acceptance. Details will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation. Some opportunities may include barter-based exchange, promotional exposure, or other agreed-upon benefits.

Equipment & Setup
Performers are responsible for providing their own instruments, props, and any specialized equipment unless otherwise arranged in advance. Basic stage support may be provided depending on the performance space.

Outdoor Event Conditions

This is an outdoor, multi-day event. Performers must be prepared for varying weather conditions and a rustic environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Arrival & Check-In
All performers must check in upon arrival and be ready ahead of their scheduled set time. Specific arrival instructions will be provided prior to the event.

Cancellations
If a performer must cancel, as much notice as possible is required. Repeated cancellations or last-minute withdrawals may affect future participation.

Media Release
By participating, performers grant 1st Faire permission to capture and use photos and videos of their performance for promotional purposes.

Safety & Authority
All performers must follow event safety guidelines and respect direction from event leads, stage management, and security at all times.
