Beware absolutely a scam. Made a purchase September 21 and was told 4-6 weeks. I messaged them November 6th to say I hadn’t received it. November 9th they said, they were waiting on materials, it would be another 4 weeks. December 30 I was told they were still waiting, 10 more days. I told them never mind I’d take a refund. No refund, just radio silence. My advice, go anywhere else and get a swing.

Attended a home show back in March. Was told that I would receive the Double Swing, Cover & Stand in 2-4 weeks. Now we are over a month and no communication until I filed a BBB report on this customer. Now they are trying to FIGHT us on the request of a REFUND! I would not buy anything from this company or any rep, the Rep is also non responsive and they just want to take your money without any communication. I'll take this fight to what ever level I have to and will not go away! Lesson - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
