To be considered as a vendor, please submit your completed application by August 30, 2026.
Each accepted vendor will receive one 10' x 10' booth space you can purchased and additional booth and additional foootage if needed. Each vendor receives two worker passes.

The Festival is a success because of our volunteers. Here’s how you and your group can be a part of this great experience! Gate Volunteers are the welcoming faces of the festival, greeting guests and helping create a positive first impression. Responsibilities include scanning advance tickets, checking sponsor credentials, providing children with safety wristbands with a caregiver’s phone number, and helping ensure festival guidelines are followed, including no pets, outside coolers, or outside beverages. Volunteers play an important role in keeping entry organized while helping guests feel welcomed and informed. All Volunteers will receive a FREE Limited Edition “Volunteer” T-Shirt featuring this year’s festival logo on a unique T-Shirt color that is Not Available for Sale. Volunteers also receive FREE admission and lunch each day that they are scheduled to work a shift, along with a complimentary festival admission ticket.

Souvenir Tent Volunteers help guests purchase official festival merchandise, including our popular festival t-shirts. Volunteers assist patrons in selecting their preferred style, color, and size, creating a friendly and helpful shopping experience. Once a selection is made, volunteers collect payment and pass it to the cashier, then return any change or credit card receipt to the guest. These volunteers play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting festival fundraising through merchandise sales. All Volunteers will receive a FREE Limited Edition “Volunteer” T-Shirt featuring this year’s festival logo on a unique T-Shirt color that is Not Available for Sale. Volunteers also receive FREE admission and lunch each day that they are scheduled to work a shift along with a complimentary festival admission ticket.

Soda Booth Volunteers help keep festival guests refreshed by selling Pepsi products and bottled water. Volunteers assist patrons at the booth, process both cash and credit card transactions, and ensure customers are served quickly and courteously. These volunteers play an important role in providing great customer service while helping support festival operations through beverage sales. Some light lifting required. All Volunteers will receive a FREE Limited Edition “Volunteer” T-Shirt featuring this year’s festival logo on a unique T-Shirt color that is Not Available for Sale. Volunteers also receive FREE admission and lunch each day that they are scheduled to work a shift along with a complimentary festival admission ticket.

The Festival is a success because of our volunteers. Here’s how you and your group can be a part of this great experience! General Festival Volunteers provide flexible support across the event and may rotate between several areas as needed, including gates, souvenir tents, and runner duties. Volunteers should be comfortable moving around the festival grounds during their shift and assisting with a variety of tasks. Some light lifting may be required. This role is ideal for volunteers who are willing to jump in where help is needed to keep the festival running smoothly.
