Scheduling increases in vendor registration fees?
I've set up early-bird registration, and can see how to end its visibility on a certain date. but I can't see how to hide the new, higher fee before it becomes effective. As a result, vendor applicants become confused. Is there a way to schedule the "unhiding" of the new, higher registration fee, timed for when the "early-bird" price entry expires?
Hey Mark! That's a great question! Currently that ability is not currently on our platform at this time. However, the request has been approved and is on our product roadmap for future development and implementation. I will add your list to the name of people who are looking for this feature; the more event organizers we get requesting the feature the higher up it gets to be in priority for our engineers. Thanks. This is a crucial feature. Related issue, when setting up prices, can you add a notification to the organizer when we accidentally set all our pricing tiers to expire *prior to* the vendor registration deadline? We accidentally did that, leaving a gap where the registration was still live but there was no active price level. Several vendors successfully registered and were not invoiced or charged at all, prior to our catching and correcting the error. It's also unclear how to manually charge or invoice after the fact, as the labeling is confusing.
