Question 1: I forgot my password

To reset your password, when you are on the sign in page, just select "forgot password" and you will receive an email to change your password. You can also visit the following link: https://www.eventeny.com/users/forgot/?ref=/

Question 2: How do I delete my account on Eventeny?

You can deactivate your business account but it will also deactivate your approved applications to any events that you have applied to. *If you are an event organizer you will lose access to your events and they will be deleted. Please reach out to us support@eventeny.com and we will take care of this for you.

Question 3: I am not receiving emails from Eventeny

Make sure your email address on file is correct, visit your personal information to check. Sometimes email providers think our messages are spam. Check your spam/junk folder to see if our emails were diverted there. If you're using Gmail, also check your Promotions and Social tabs. Add Eventeny's email addresses to your address book/safe list: express@eventeny.com and reach out to your email provider.

Question 4: How do I create an event?

Question 5: How do I add admins?

There are two types of admins you can add: Company/Organization level admins and Event level team members. Question 6: How do I add team members?

There are two types of admins you can add: Company/Organization level admins and Event level team members. To add team members to your event, you'll go into your event and on the left side navigation you'll see a tab called "team members". Question 7: How do I view my financials?

To view all of the payments received by artists,vendor & exhibitor applicants. Go to your applicantion submission list, click on the button in the upper right hand corner labled "Export". From there you can check what you want exported on to an excel spreadsheet.

Question 8: How do I see my analytics?

To view analytics for your event, under your event dashboard, on the left side navagation you'll see "Analytics". Once clicked it'll take you to view your anaylistics. This is also where you can export visitor data, marketplace data and marketplace visitor data.

Question 9: How do I copy an event?

To copy an event go to your dashboard where all your events are listed. Visit this link (just make sure you are logged in) https://www.eventeny.com/dashboard/events/ You will see a button labeled "Copy from event", you will then be guided on what event you want to copy.

Question 10: How do I copy applications from a previous event to a new event?

To copy applications from a previous event to a new event, first make sure you create your new event, then go to the application from the previous event you want to copy from and click on the copy button on the application. A box will pop up asking you what you want to title the application and then where you would like to copy it to. Using the dropdown, choose which event you want to copy the application to. It will also ask what you'd like to copy, simply toggle what you want to copy on or off.

Question 11: What are the picture dimensions?

When uploading photos to applications and tickets, the recommended size is 1200 x 800

Question 12: What are the picture dimensions for the event cover photo?

We recommend size: 2000px width x 1250px height. Please use a high quality cover picture so that it can be displayed on multiple platforms. Low quality pictures cannot be resized effectively and will result in cropped or pixelated pictures.

Question 13: My event is a series that takes place over the span of a few months. How do I create that within Eventeny?

For events that take place over a span of a few months like concerts of food truck series events, on the event information where you put the event name, location date and time, there is an option to make the event a "Reoccuring event". When you toggle that to yes and click save, scroll down on the page and you will see a new section titled "Event Dates" appears. Here you can add in all the event dates for your event series.

Question 14: Applicant (artist/vendor/exhibitor, volunteer, sponsor) I applied under the wrong application. What should I do?

You can withdraw the application, then have them reapply for the correct application. For legal reasons, we do not switch people between applications.

Question 15: How do I pull reports of who has purchased tickets?

To export the data for tickets that have been purchased, go to the Ticket tab on the left side navigation, click on List. In the top right corner you will see a button labeled "Export". When you click this button you will be able to export the data and see who has purchased tickets.

Question 16: What is the status of my application?

You can view the status of an application by clicking the “My Applications” tab at the top of the screen when you login. You can also visit this link (just make sure you are logged on). https://www.eventeny.com/users/application/. If you have specific questions about an event you have applied for, feel free to reach out to the organizers directly by clicking the “message” button on the event page (just make sure to be logged in).

Question 17: I can't complete the application because I don't have a logo.

If you do not have a logo, you could enter another picture i.e. a picture of yourself or your work. If you have additional questions that are specific to the application, please reach out to the organizer of the event by clicking the "Contact Organizer" button when viewing your application or by clicking the "Message" button on the event page.

Question 18: How do I remove an incomplete application?

An incomplete application will automatically disappear after the deadline passes. If you wish to no longer participate in an event, please reach out to the organizer of the event by clicking the "Contact Organizer" button when viewing your application or by clicking the "Message" button on the event page.

Question 19: When will I be assigned my booth space?

For specific event information, feel free to reach out the organizer by clicking the "Message" button on the event page.

Question 20: I applied under the wrong application. What should I do?

You will have to reach out to the event organizer and ask them to withdraw your application, then reapply for the correct application. For legal reasons, we do not switch people between applications.

Question 21: How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card information, go to the My Applications tab at the top of the screen, select the application you need to update your card information on, or by visiting this link (just make sure you are logged in): https://www.eventeny.com/users/application/ At the bottom of the application, you should see an option to update payment:

Question 23: My Stripe account isn't linking to my account on Eventeny

When you set up your Stripe account, be sure to use the same email address as the one on your Eventeny account.

Question 24: Why is my storefront still not showing my products listed for sale?

If you have added your products but they aren't visible for sale, check to see if you have your payout method connected. Have you created a Stripe account? If not, hit the +Payout Method button here: https://www.eventeny.com/users/account-settings/payments/payout-methods/.
