Located at the Oak Ridge Roane State Community College Campus (701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). Buy buying your nonrefundable $5 ticket to Stew Fest 2026, you will be entered to a Grow Oak Ridge Market Bag. KIDS TASTE FOR FREE! All proceeds benefit Nourish Kids Club and the nonprofits participating in the Stew Fest. Includes samples of up to 10 home cooked stews and soups! Sample from 10:00 - Noon at the Winter Farmers Market.   • SAVE 20% when you select the "Whole Season Discount," which means your card on file will be charged on Nov. 3 for the entire season. 
  • OUTDOOR OPTION - Pay 5% of sales / show up when you want. Must be registered first. 

The Winter Farmers Market is for PRODUCERS only.  You must make, bake or grow what you sell.

Musician Application Musicians are expected to arrive and be ready to play by 9 am. Acoustic music only (no amplification unless prior approved by the manager) $100 stipend available if you stay at least 1.5 hours All musicians may accept tips. Music MUST be G-rated / family and child friendly only. As you complete this application, please be prepared to tag your social media or upload a file of a sample of your music. The market is on Saturdays, December 6 through March 28 (closed Dec. 27 & Jan. 3) at Roane State Community College, 701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
