About the application

From big rigs to emergency response vehicles, Touch-A-Truck & Career Expo is a family-friendly event designed to allow children to explore, climb, and TOUCH vehicles of all shapes and sizes as well as allow local businesses, government and other organizations to feature their services to the community and educate the public on potential career paths. This event will assist in funding scholarships for trade certificates for our local community and promote workplace diversity.
 
Trucks are selected for the event based on organization affiliation, uniqueness of the vehicle and space allocation.

Prices

Truck, Apparatus, Vehicle Exhibitor $0 Non-refundable Truck/Apparatus/Vehicle **NO CHARGE**. Each Truck/Apparatus/Vehicle vendor can bring 1 tent no larger than 10x10 (per city of Pensacola code) to place next to their truck space, a 6’ table, decor, and/or material/giveaways to hand out. Each entrant is expected to maintain presence at their truck, apparatus or vehicle at all times, to educate event goers on your business, trade/industry and/or organization and to allow them to touch/sit in the vehicle (if able). Approved vendors are selected on a first come first serve basis with an emphasis on event theme and avoidance of duplicate (same type) vendors/trades. Vendors can arrive as early as 9:00 AM however MUST be set up by 10:00 AM. No Exceptions. Vendors will not be allowed to breakdown their event space or leave the event until 4:00 PM when the event is over. Vendors must follow all city, county, state, and federal laws to include any licenses or permits needed to operate during the event. Other than food vendors, NO SALE or giveaway of food or drinks is permitted unless approved in writing by Turtle Roll Events. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL Sales (or freebies). This event is NOT licensed or insured for alcohol. NO GLASS bottles are to be sold on the premises per the city of Pensacola. No refunds for vendor cancellation however in the event of inclement weather we will reschedule with the venue and provide the approved reschedule date. INSURANCE: All vendors (EXCLUDING GOVERNMENT) are required to carry and maintain at their own cost a general liability insurance policy with a minimum single limit of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. All vendors (EXCLUDING GOVERNMENT) must agree to provide proof of coverage and the additional insured listed via a certificate of insurance prior to approval.
