We are in need of 3 regular food vendors, 1 ice cream vendor, 1 sno-cone vendor.
Submission is not a guarantee of acceptance into the event. Acceptance/rejection notices will be sent out by June 15, 2026. Once a vendor has been accepted, the payment method provided at the time of application submission will be charged accordingly. Any fees based upon payment method selected when submitting your application will be passed to you if your application is accepted (i.e., credit card processing charge, etc).

Community booth spaces are reserved for non-profit organizations in Elberta.
All community non-profit booth spaces are 10'x10' non-electric spaces. These spaces have limited availability. Tents and tables are not provided. We are not responsible for any injuries, theft, accidents, or weather events.
Acceptance notifications/rejections will be sent out by June 24, 2026. The person listed as the contact on the application will be contacted with the results of the application request. Applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis and are judged based on the merit of the application itself, mission of the organization, service area, and other criteria.
