2026 UFO Festival

Vendors may only choose up to 3 spaces, if more spaces are desired, please message the event coordinator at 575-914-8017.   Vendor spaces are priced from $250-$400/ Food truck spaces are priced from $400 - $600 based on size & on location chosen +$100 for tents.  Each tent vendor space is 10 x 10 and does not include electricity or water.  Vendors/ Food trucks must provide their own tent, generator, lights, chairs, etc. 

City of Roswell Business Registration:  Deadline to request a registration is Monday, June 22, 2026. For more information call the City of Roswell Permit office at 575-637-6280.  Note: You will not be assigned a vendor space without a permit/business registration. 

 2026 UFO Festival will run from Thursday, July 2nd to Saturday, July 4th.  

No sales on Wednesday or Sunday.

SET UP DAY, Wednesday, July 1st.  Streets from Alameda to 6th Street will be closed at 6:00am.  Vendors & Food trucks may set up from 7am – 1pm.

Fire Inspections & propane inspections will be conducted throughout the day. all vendor generators & propane must be inspected by the Roswell Fire Marshal and the LP Gas inspector. (Fees for these inspections are the responsibility of the vendors.

Vendors will not be allowed to open on Thursday if they have not completed their inspections.

Vendors & Food trucks must remain open throughout the hours of operation.  Closing early without prior approval could jeopardize vendors participation in any further Main Street events.

 TAKE DOWN DAY, Sunday, July 5, 2026.  Streets will be opened by the City for through traffic at EXACTLY 4pm.  Vendors & food trucks must be closed & off the street by 3pm.  

OVERNIGHT SECURITY:  Overnight security will be available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at all times.  While limited security personnel will be on duty during the event and overnight, no security personnel will be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any property left on the festival ground at any time. Vendors must make every effort to safely secure their property.  

PARKING:  No vehicles are allowed on Main Street, 4th St, 5th St Except during setup hours.  Vendor vehicles may park in the Chaves County parking lot off of Virginia Ave, public parking on the 300 block of Richardson, or public parking on the Southside of the Roswell Chamber of Commerce, public parking at the old Pepper’s lot and across the street.

Terms & Conditions:

NO vendor application is considered COMPLETE until the following items have been completed and submitted:  Application, City of Roswell Business Registration, Food permit (if applicable), Certificate of Insurance & payment of fee. Documents and payment of fee can be completed in the online process. 

Vendor/Food truck locations are subject to change based on product being sold or size of booth needed. Changes are the sole discreation of the event coordinator

Tents:  No cooking shall take place inside a tent.

Extension & Electrical cords are required to be covered with carpet or extension cord covers.

Waste water/Grease disposal: Waste water and grease must be properly disposed of off-site in accordance with State of NM Environmental Dept regulations.  Absolutely no dumping or leaking on the ground is permitted, cardboard barriers should be placed under areas of leakage (food, residue or liquids, etc).  Vendors who are observed not following these rules will be closed down without reimbursement.

Trash:  Vendors must provide their own trash bags, and trash must be dumped in the roll-offs located throughout the area.  No trash should be placed in the City of Roswell trash receptacles located in the Main Street district and are designated for event attendees.  

Drugs/Smoking/Alcohol: No smoking of any kind, alcohol, or illegal drugs will be permitted on site.

Storage:  

There will be no storage allowed outside the booth space for any supplies, equipment, or inventory.

Raffles/Body Modification:  Vendors are not allowed to conduct raffles.  

Vendors are not permitted to offer any type of body modifications, such as piercing or tattooing (unless you were qualified by the event organizer).

Animals:  Animals are not allowed in the vendor booth; exceptions will be made for service animals.
