US Olympic & Paralympic Museum Festival

We’re looking for a small selection of local food trucks to help fuel the fun at Night at the Museum! This evening event draws a lively crowd of families, museum lovers, and curious minds, all ready to explore and eat. If you’ve got great eats and good vibes, we’d love to have you join us. Space is limited, so sign up early to secure your spot!

 

Participation is a $150 flat fee.

We’re accepting a limited number of vendors for Night at the Museum who align with the spirit of the event, think interactive, educational, and sports-centered! This isn’t a typical vendor market. We're looking for booths that celebrate movement, Olympic values, and community connection through engaging displays, demos, or activities.

 

Please note:

• No merchandise sales are allowed unless pre-approved.

• Vendors must provide an interactive, visual, or experiential component related to sport, wellness, or active lifestyles.

• This event is family-friendly and all displays must be appropriate for all ages.
