Festival Vendors

We’re accepting a limited number of vendors for Night at the Museum who align with the spirit of the event, think interactive, educational, and sports-centered! This isn’t a typical vendor market. We're looking for booths that celebrate movement, Olympic values, and community connection through engaging displays, demos, or activities.

Please note:

• No merchandise sales are allowed unless pre-approved.

• Vendors must provide an interactive, visual, or experiential component related to sport, wellness, or active lifestyles.

• This event is family-friendly and all displays must be appropriate for all ages.

• Participation is free for approved non-profits and NGBs.

• All displays must be family-friendly and align with the spirit of the event.

• Participants are responsible for bringing their own setup materials (e.g. table, chairs, signage).

• Access to electricity is limited and not guaranteed—please note in your application if needed.

• Set-up and tear-down times will be communicated in advance and must be adhered to.

• This is a rain or shine event. In the case of extreme weather, alternate plans will be communicated.

• Participants may not sell items without prior approval.

• Any marketing or promotional materials must clearly represent your organization and mission.

• Space is limited; not all applicants will be accepted.
