Join us for an unforgettable celebration of sport, community, and Olympic spirit at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum Festival, July 10–13! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help bring this four-day festival to life. Volunteer roles include: ? Movie Night Hosts ? Festival Set-Up + Strike Crew ? Festival Operations + Management Support ?️ Food Area Support Whether you're great with logistics, love greeting guests, or just want to be part of something inspiring, there’s a place for you on the team. ?️ Festival Set-Up Crew (Night at the Museum) Help bring the magic to life before the crowds arrive! As part of the Festival Set-Up Crew, you’ll assist with setting up vendor areas, signage, tables, décor, and interactive spaces along Champion’s Way and throughout the Museum grounds. This shift is ideal for those who don’t mind a little lifting, love being part of the action behind the scenes, and want to help create an unforgettable Olympic City experience.
Night at the Museum: Festival Strike	US Olympic & Paralympic Museum	Jul 11, 2025 9:30 pm - 11:00 pm	4	2
Help us wrap up the magic! As part of the Festival Strike Crew, you’ll assist with breaking down vendor areas, packing up supplies, removing signage, and resetting event spaces after the festivities end. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to closing out the night smoothly and efficiently. Great for team players who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and ending the event on a strong note!
