For food truck/trailer vendors placed in the food court area only (food/beverage tent set ups typically placed here area included) selling food, beverages, speciality deserts or drinks. All vendors must provide a valid certificate of insurance and food service license.

Payment, signed contract and required documents are due no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026.

For craft, food items, (cottage food, home bakery, produce and honey) direct sales, and non profit organizations. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option.

Sensory Time is reserved exclusively for our special needs festival attendees to be able to enjoy the festival in a more relaxed setting.
