For food truck/trailer vendors placed in the food court area only (food/beverage tent set ups typically placed here area included) selling food, beverages, speciality deserts or drinks. All vendors must provide a valid certificate of insurance and food service license.

Payment, signed contract and required documents are due no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026.

For craft, food items, (cottage food, home bakery, produce and honey) direct sales, and non profit organizations. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option.

Sensory Time is reserved exclusively for our special needs festival attendees to be able to enjoy the festival in a more relaxed setting. The Tomato Festival is a multi-day family festival and celebration of community pride. We are looking for people to help make this event a success. By volunteering, you will be making an impact in your community and ensuring the success of this year's event. Plus you get a free festival t-shirt (while supplies last)! Students: Earn Service Hours. Clubs/Civic Organizations: Give back to the community. If you are interested in volunteering this year, please complete the application and chose the availability that best suits your schedule. Please note, you may be asked to float to other areas to help during the festival. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring water, sunscreen, etc. Must be 18 or older to volunteer. Student organizations or programs are permitted but must have adult supervision.
