About the event

We are excited to annouce this is our 6th year! We are looking to sell out crafter/vendor spots fast! This is an indoor and outdoor event with some great activities! Considering this event is usually near Veteran's day, our basket raffle proceeds will benefit a veteran organization. Last year we were able to give the USO $700 and it was matched so they received $1400 from our event. We hope to increase the amount to whomever we choose for this year. We are also hoping to have the Veteran truck with us once again! This is also the beginning of the holiday season so hopefully we will have a roaming Santa again and Operation Christmas Child! So get your shopping lists ready early and be prepared to shop with some of the best vendors and crafters in the area!

About the application

This is our 7th year at the Macungie Memorial Park. Last year we had an amazing turnout by way of participating businesses and customers. We had a roaming Santa, Veteran’s truck, Veteran’s gift table and children’s craft tables. We also had Wreaths Across America handing out information about their organization. We are now looking for sponsors to help make a community event even better. We have decided to run a basket raffle to benefit Wreaths Across America for this event every year moving forward. We ask you to see if there is some way you are able to help us with our continued growth in your local area. Basket Raffle item donation - minimum value $25 Bronze - $100 Silver - $250 Gold - $500 Platinum - $1,000 What the sponsor receives in return: *Each Sponsor will have their name displayed at the event by way of a yard sign. *Each Sponsor has the option to have a 10 x 10 canopy outside or an 8 foot table inside, upstairs. *Silver, gold and platinum may choose to sponsor the Main Street banner and in doing so, may have their name/logo on the banner in addition to yard signs being displayed throughout the event and a space at the event.
