The Autumn Craft Festival on the Lake is a juried arts & crafts event entering its 27th year, celebrating handmade work in a beautiful lakeside setting during the fall season. Produced by Castleberry Fairs & Festivals, the festival features a thoughtfully curated selection of American-made arts, crafts, and specialty foods.
Artists can expect a professional, well-organized event with a loyal and engaged audience of shoppers who value quality craftsmanship and enjoy a relaxed, seasonal shopping experience. With its long-standing reputation and scenic location, the Autumn Craft Festival on the Lake continues to be a favorite among both returning and first-time exhibitors.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance. The remaining booth balance will be automatically processed 45 days prior to the event.
Exhibitor Notes:
No overnight parking is permitted at this location.
Event Hours: Sat. 10-6 / Sun. 10-4
Setup: NO FRIDAY SET UP. No cargo trailers or oversized vehicles allowed in the parking lot.
- Saturday ONLY 5:00–9:00am
- This is a very tight setup. Cargo trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking lot. Exhibitors must be able to unload efficiently and move vehicles promptly.
Outdoor Setup & Safety: This is a fully outdoor, high-traffic, lakeside location. Staking into the pavement is not permitted. All canopies must be securely weighted (minimum 40 lbs per leg; heavier weights strongly recommended).
Application Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon approval. The remaining booth balance will be charged separately according to the payment schedule below.
Payment Timing: Balances will be charged on or after August 19, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods (including food, candles, personal-care, aromatherapy, etc.).
Specialty Food Requirements: No additional event-specific health permit is required.
Specialty Food exhibitors must bring the following documentation to the event:
- Current health permits or licenses
- ServSafe certification
- Allergen Awareness certification
- Copies of product labels for all items being sold
