To ensure a safe, fun, and culturally respectful event for everyone, please follow these Health and Safety Guidelines:? General Attendee GuidelinesStay home if you’re sick — Anyone showing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, fatigue, etc.) should not attend.Hydration — Stay hydrated. Weather precautions — Prepare for sun or rain. Wear sunscreen and bring weather-appropriate clothing.Lost & Found — Visit the Booth next to the Stage or contact any event staff member for assistance.? Emergency PreparednessOn-site security and first responders will be present throughout the event.In case of an emergency:Stay calm.Follow staff and security instructions.Alert nearby staff or call 911? Sanitation & CleanlinessHandwashing and sanitizing stations will be available in the provided bathrooms.Food vendors must follow health department regulations for food handling and sanitation.? Crowd Control & Venue SafetyDo not block entrances, exits, or walkways.Large bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.? Performers & VendorsAll equipment and setup areas must be secure and not pose a tripping or fire hazard.Electrical cords must be taped down or oking vendors must have:Proper fire extinguishers on-site (Class K for grease fires).Safe gas and flame setup in accordance with local fire codes.Vendors and performers must comply with all local health and safety regulations.☀️ Heat SafetyAnyone feeling dizzy or overheated should visit the Morrow Fire Department Tent immediately.? International Night Market Volunteer We’re looking for enthusiastic and welcoming volunteers to help make our International Night Market a fun, vibrant, and memorable experience for everyone! Volunteers will help create a welcoming atmosphere, support vendors and guests, and keep the event running smoothly. No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Volunteer Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests throughout the event Help with event setup and cleanup Support vendors with basic event needs Help direct guests and answer general questions Assist with activities, performances, and cultural experiences Help keep common areas clean, organized, and safe Work with the event team to address guest needs and unexpected situations What We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals Comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and cultures Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to be flexible and lend a hand where needed Why Volunteer? Vendor Terms & ConditionsInternational Night Market & Moon FestivalDate: October 3-4, 2026Location: The district, 1065 Olde Towne Morrow RD, Morrow, GA 30260By applying to be a vendor at this event, you agree to the following terms:1. Eligibility & RequirementsAll vendors must comply with local regulations and provide required permits/licenses (e.g., food handling, sales tax).Food vendors must follow all health department guidelines.Vendors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.2. Application & FeesApplications are due by 9/5/2026.Booth fees must be paid in full to confirm your spot.Booths are assigned by organizers and cannot be changed without approval.3. Setup & BreakdownSetup begins at Friday 2PM-5PM,Saturday at 12PM. All vendors must be fully set up 1 hour before event start.Vendors must stay open for the full event duration.Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval.All trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.4. Booth & EquipmentVendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, and signage.Electricity is available by request only and may incur a fee.Only quiet/inverter generators are allowed (if approved).No open flames or hazardous materials without written approval.5. Sales & TaxesVendors are responsible for collecting their own payments and reporting sales taxes.The event does not provide change, POS systems, or Wi-Fi.6. Weather Policy – Rain or ShineThis event is rain or shine. Vendors are expected to come prepared for a variety of weather conditions, including rain, wind, or heat. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled by organizers for safety reasons (e.g., extreme weather or emergencies).Vendors are responsible for securing their tents and materials appropriately.7. LiabilityVendors assume all risk and responsibility for their booth and products.Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and sponsors for any loss, injury, or damage.Insurance is recommended but not required.8. ConductVendors must maintain a professional, respectful presence.No amplified sound without prior anizers reserve the right to remove any vendor violating these terms without refund.By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these terms.
