South Riding's Oktoberfest

As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. We also produce shirts for the staff and volunteers to wear during the event. Your company logo will be on the shirt so please make sure to have that logo sent before Sep 1 to have them printed. Gold level includes sponsorship mention on all major signage for the event. For example the backdrop on stage and banners on tents. As a sponsor, your booth will share the Town Green space, which is central to all the activities of the day, giving you a premier spot with the attendees. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event.
