Welcome to the Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival!
Thank you for your interest in participating in this three-day celebration of live music, mountain culture, and community in Twain Harte, California. Set-up will be on Friday, July 17.
Please review all categories and guidelines carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application and selecting a booth space, you are electronically validating and approving all event terms and conditions.
Application Guidelines:
• Artists may apply in up to two categories
• All work displayed in the booth must be original and available for sale
Jewelry Policy
• Jewelry may only be sold by artists accepted into the Jewelry category
• If jewelry represents less than 10% of your work, you may apply in another category
• If jewelry exceeds 10%, you must apply in the Jewelry category
• Items made from commercial or mass-produced parts are not permitted
Category Descriptions:
Clay – Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural
Fiber – Wearable and non-wearable fiber art; no machine-tooled or mass-produced items
Glass – Functional or sculptural work using kiln forming, blowing, molding, casting, or cold-working
Jewelry – Original jewelry only; commercial components not permitted
Metal – Sculptural or decorative metal work (no jewelry in this category)
Mixed Media – Artwork combining two or more mediums in a single piece
Musical Instruments – Handmade musical instruments
Natural Materials – Basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other natural materials
Photography – Traditional film, hand-colored, emulsion transfers, or digital; artist’s original source only
Printmaking – Hand-pulled, limited edition prints; signed and numbered
Sewing- Wearable and non- wearable
Two-Dimensional – Drawing, painting, and original digital artwork; no reproductions
Wood – Original hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned, or carved wood pieces

Food & Beverage Vendor Application Requirements
This application is for all food, beverage, and Cottage Food vendors.
All fees are for a three (3) day booth space rental.
PERMITS & COMPLIANCE
All food, beverage, and Cottage Food vendors must obtain and submit a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit issued by Tuolumne County.

All vendors must submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival listed as Additionally Insured.
SET-UP & SECURITY
Vendor setup is Friday, July 17, 2026.
All pop-up booths must have all four (4) walls secured overnight and be anchored with sandbags or weights. This is required.
Overnight security is provided from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM on Friday and Saturday nights.
OPERATING REQUIREMENTS
Food and beverage vendors located in the Food Court agree to remain open until the event closes each night.
If you sell out of product, please notify staff and post a “Sold Out” sign at your booth.
FEES & BRANDING
Booth fees are collected at the time the application is approved. No spaces will be held without payment.
Vendors may not alter or use Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival logos without written approval from the Promoter.

This Roster is for Musicians and Bands who have already come to an agreement with Keith, and will be performing at the Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival 2026.
We look forward to you being a part of the Festival!
All Volunteers will be pre-approved. You will receive an approval email.
Volunteer Shifts are typically 4-6 hours.
Volunteers may receive one or several perks, depending on level of participation; festival entry, a festival tee shirt, hat or water bottle, lunch or a booth space. All receive our appreciation!
1 shift=1day free entry.
Volunteer agrees not to be inebriated before or during shift. (this will void agreement.)
