Artist & Vendor Application
Welcome to the Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival!
Thank you for your interest in participating in this three-day celebration of live music, mountain culture, and community in Twain Harte, California. Set-up will be on Friday, July 17.
Please review all categories and guidelines carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application and selecting a booth space, you are electronically validating and approving all event terms and conditions.
Application Guidelines:
• Artists may apply in up to two categories
• All work displayed in the booth must be original and available for sale
Jewelry Policy
• Jewelry may only be sold by artists accepted into the Jewelry category
• If jewelry represents less than 10% of your work, you may apply in another category
• If jewelry exceeds 10%, you must apply in the Jewelry category
• Items made from commercial or mass-produced parts are not permitted
Category Descriptions:
Clay – Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural
Fiber – Wearable and non-wearable fiber art; no machine-tooled or mass-produced items
Glass – Functional or sculptural work using kiln forming, blowing, molding, casting, or cold-working
Jewelry – Original jewelry only; commercial components not permitted
Metal – Sculptural or decorative metal work (no jewelry in this category)
Mixed Media – Artwork combining two or more mediums in a single piece
Musical Instruments – Handmade musical instruments
Natural Materials – Basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other natural materials
Photography – Traditional film, hand-colored, emulsion transfers, or digital; artist’s original source only
Printmaking – Hand-pulled, limited edition prints; signed and numbered
Sewing- Wearable and non- wearable
Two-Dimensional – Drawing, painting, and original digital artwork; no reproductions
Wood – Original hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned, or carved wood pieces
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Terms & Conditions:
Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival (hereinafter referred to as “Management”) and You and Your Company (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”) mutually agree to the following:
General Requirements
• Vendor is responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits, and for collecting and reporting all sales tax in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Vendor agrees to abide by all published move-in/move-out times and show hours. Early teardown is strictly prohibited.
• Vendor must occupy their booth at least one hour before the event opens. Failure to do so may result in reassignment or cancellation without refund.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once this contract is signed.
Liability & Insurance
• Vendor must carry liability insurance and is solely responsible for all actions and liability inside and within six (6) feet of their booth.
• Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Vendor agrees to hold Management harmless from all liability, including bodily injury, property damage, or any claim arising from Vendor’s participation.
Space & Conduct
• Vendor must leave their space in original condition upon event exit. A minimum $200 fee will be charged for trash, damage, or grass repair.
• Subletting booth space is prohibited without Management’s written consent.
• Management reserves the right to alter floor plans or reassign booth space at any time for operational needs. • No exclusive product or category rights are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Vendor may not distribute promotional materials outside their assigned space without written approval.
Management Rights
• Management reserves the right to refuse participation to any Vendor or organization.
• Management does not guarantee event attendance or Vendor sales performance.
• Management may approve similar or competitive businesses at their discretion.
