Praters Mill Country Fair

This application is for arts and craft exibitors. Please read terms and conditions for product requirements. 

Deadlines:

April 15- Previous exhibitors/vendors must complete application to be elligible for their preferred booth placement

September 15- Last day to apply

September 25th- Last day to cancel and receive full refund for booth fee. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Application fee (non refundable) will be processed upon submission of application.

Booth fees will be processed upon approval.

This application is for authors interested in selling books. The author booth fee is $40.

This application is for those wishing to advertise a nonprofit organization or the services it provides. This application does not apply to for-profit businesses/advertisement.

The amusement application is for actvities where patrons interact with vendor services. Examples include petting zoo, pony rides, train ride, games, arts and crafts.

Living history booths are demonstrations of heritage arts for the public. Examples include blacksmithing, sorghum syrup making, textile spinning or weaving, quilt making, antiques displays.

April 15- Previous exhibitors/vendors must complete an application by this date to be elligible for their preferred booth placement.

September 15- Last day to apply.

This application is for musicians/entertainers who wish to perfom on the Saylor's stage at the Praters Mill Country Fair.
