About the application

This application is for vendors selling:

  • food for immediate consumption 
  • food to-go(packaged food, jarred or canned goods etc)

Deadlines:

April 15- Previous exhibitors/vendors must complete application to be elligible for their preferred booth placement.

September 15- Last day to apply.

September 25- Last day to cancel and receive full refund. No refunds will be provided after this date. 

 

Application fee (non-refundable) will be processed upon submission of application.

Booth fees will be processed upon approval of the application.

 

About the event

The Prater's Mill Country Fair, begun in 1971, is held on the Prater's Mill Historic Site which includes a 1855 grist mill and a 1895 general store. It is a wildly popular, two day event with artisans, food vendors and musicians, attracting several thousand visitors each year.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booth fee for food for immediate consumption is $300.
  • Booth fee for food to-go is $160.
  • Additional booth space and electricity are add ons.
  • The number of covered food booths is limited.
  • No tables or other supplies are furnished. 
  • All food prepared on site (for sale or sample) requires a certificate of liability insurance.
  • Duplication of food items is minimized.
  • A list of menu items with prices in the description must be submitted.
  • A nonrefundable application fee of $25 does not apply toward booth fees.

Prices

Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable
Single booth- Food for immediate consumption $300.00 Non-refundable $300 is for a standard booth for "food for immediate" consumption. This fee does not include access to electricity, water, or covered space.
Single booth- Food to-go $160.00 Non-refundable $160.00 is for standard booth for "food to-go" (baked goods, jellies/jams, nuts, honey, etc). This fee does not include access to electricity, water, or covered space.
Add on- Electricity $50.00 Non-refundable
Add on- Covered Space $75.00 Non-refundable This is an add on option to the standard food booth fee of $300. The food shed and the granary are the covered spaces.
