About the application
This application is for vendors selling:
- food for immediate consumption
- food to-go(packaged food, jarred or canned goods etc)
Deadlines:
April 15- Previous exhibitors/vendors must complete application to be elligible for their preferred booth placement.
September 15- Last day to apply.
September 25- Last day to cancel and receive full refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.
Application fee (non-refundable) will be processed upon submission of application.
Booth fees will be processed upon approval of the application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Booth fee for food for immediate consumption is $300.
- Booth fee for food to-go is $160.
- Additional booth space and electricity are add ons.
- The number of covered food booths is limited.
- No tables or other supplies are furnished.
- All food prepared on site (for sale or sample) requires a certificate of liability insurance.
- Duplication of food items is minimized.
- A list of menu items with prices in the description must be submitted.
- A nonrefundable application fee of $25 does not apply toward booth fees.

| Add on- Covered Space | $75.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add on option to the standard food booth fee of $300. The food shed and the granary are the covered spaces. |
