About the application
This application is for those wishing to advertise a nonprofit organization or the services it provides. This application does not apply to for-profit businesses/advertisement.
Deadlines:
April 15- Previous exhibitors/vendors must complete application by this date to be elligible for their preferred booth placement and waive application fee.
September 15- Last day to apply.
September 25- Last day to cancel and receive full refund. No refund provided after this date.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Examples of nonprofits: church, library, service or civic group.
- A banner backdrop up to 10' wide with organization name/logo is allowed.
- Handouts for patrons to take from table are allowed.
- Distribution of handouts on the fairgrounds is prohibited.
- Nonprofit info booth fee is $40.
- A $25 nonrefundable application fee required and does not apply toward booth fees.
