OC Pride 2025 Festival & Parade

Submission of this application expresses your interest in volunteering at OC Pride 2025. OC Pride cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to any specific position or shift, though the Volunteer Team tries to align applicant availablity and interests with our volunteer needs when assigning roles.

This is the application to participate as an exhibitor at the OC Pride Festival to be held on September 27, 2025. This form is not for vendors of food or beverage.

 

Early Bird pricing reflects a discount of $60 per booth reserved and ends on May 31, 2025. Applications received on or after August 1, 2025, will incur a $100 late fee. Please note that exhibitor registration will close on September 1, 2025, or when all spots are filled. That said, we recommend registering early, as booth spaces fill up fast. 

 

 

Artists’ Village at OC Pride 2025 is a festival zone dedicated to LGBTQ+ and ally artists in and around Orange County. Placement in the Artists’ Village is limited to community artists seeking to display their work and small businesses selling their own artwork or merchandise depicting their own artwork (e.g., stickers, prints, patches). No resale of third-party products permitted in Artists’ Village. Space is extremely limited; apply early.

This form allows you to express your interest in reserving a private Ultra VIP Cabana for up to 8 guests. By submitting your information, you’ll be the first to receive updates, availability details, and next steps should cabanas be released.
