Early Bird Exhibitor Booth Application
About the application
This is the application to participate as an exhibitor at the OC Pride Festival to be held on September 27, 2025. This form is not for vendors of food or beverage.
Early Bird pricing reflects a discount of $60 per booth reserved and ends on May 31, 2025. Applications received on or after August 1, 2025, will incur a $100 late fee. Please note that exhibitor registration will close on September 1, 2025, or when all spots are filled. That said, we recommend registering early, as booth spaces fill up fast.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Orange County LGBT Pride must comply with sponsor exclusivity, as well as state, county, and local regulations. Orange County LGBT Pride reserves the right to deny applications based on these and any other grounds deemed reasonable and necessary by Orange County LGBT Pride in its sole discretion. If your application is denied, any payment made to Orange County LGBT Pride will be refunded promptly.
ONCE THE APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE. AT THAT TIME, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OC LGBT PRIDE CANCELS THE EVENT.
I agree to thoroughly read the Orange County LGBT Pride Exhibitor Participation Agreement located in the Related Files section. I understand that my organization and its staff, employees, and volunteers are bound by the terms of the Exhibitor Participation Agreement.

| Security Deposit | $100.00 | Security deposit required of ALL applicants to secure a spot. The fee is refundable after the festival only if all material obligations of the 2025 Exhibitor Participation Agreement are met. | |
| Corporate Business Base Booth Fee | $715.00 | Non-refundable | Early bird fee for one (1) 10x10 booth for corporate organizations, as defined in the application and selected above. The base booth fee includes a 10x10 space with NO canopy, tables, chairs, or electricity. Rentals can be reserved as "add ons" for an additional fee. |
| ADD ON: Premium Corner or End Space | $175.00 | Assignment to premium corner or end booth space, allowing 2 or 3 sides of your booth to be open to the public. Standard booths are guaranteed only 1 side will be open to the public. Premium corner or end booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis until all premium spaces are filled. If Orange County LGBT Pride runs out of premium spaces, we will refund the premium fee. | |
| ADD ON: Canopy | $125.00 | Non-refundable | 10x10 fire retardant canopy provided by Orange County LGBT Pride. The Base Booth Fee does NOT include a canopy. If you choose to provide your own canopy instead of renting one from Orange County LGBT Pride, you MUST provide your own fire-retardant, commercial-grade canopy. |

- I understand that Exhibitor agrees to keep its booth open on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. I understand that vacating the booth early without prior written permission from OC Pride is grounds for forfeiture of the Exhibitor's Security Deposit.
- I understand that every person working at an exhibitor booth must have a valid admission for festival entry, and that approved exhibitors will receive 4 admission tickets per 10x10 booth reserved. Additional tickets must be purchased.
- I hereby confirm that the information provided in the Exhibitor Application is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct. I further certify that I have read all of the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor Participation Agreement and agree to comply with them.
