We do a staggered entry based on aisle for ease of traffic, as it's one way. You will receive this info in the Vendor Newsletter.
Plan on unloading, then going to park, and then setting up.
Breakdown should be complete no later than 10pm. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to 9pm) and THEN going getting your car to load.

If you have special requests (awning spot, a request for a specific row, space for a trailer, etc) please request in special instructions even if you've previously emailed or told me.
As all event series have separate applications, for ease of use, for the first time fill out all the fields (that are applicable to you) but in subsequent applications you can leave those blank unless something changes.
You will only be charged if you are approved.
Approved applications will be automatically charged on the listed date which will be about a month to 3 weeks prior to the event (the specific date will be listed on each event date when you check out). If you are applying after said listed date, you will be automatically charged if/when you are approved.
If you need extra help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email or phone/text. This is a little extra work for everyone initially but I do think it'll be ultimately a much more transparent and pleasant process.
