Market hours are from 5-9, set up starts at 2:45pm.

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY WITHOUT EXPLICIT PRIOR APPROVAL. 

We do a staggered entry based on aisle for ease of traffic, as it's one way. You will receive this info in the Vendor Newsletter.

Plan on unloading, then going to park, and then setting up.

Breakdown should be complete no later than 10pm. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to 9pm) and THEN going getting your car to load. 

 

Regarding this new process: 

As we convert to this site, please be patient with us!

 All prior approvals will be honored. 

If you have special requests (awning spot, a request for a specific row, space for a trailer, etc) please request in special instructions even if you've previously emailed or told me. 

As all event series have separate applications, for ease of use, for the first time fill out all the fields (that are applicable to you)  but in subsequent applications you can leave those blank unless something changes. 

 

You will only be charged if you are approved. 

Approved applications will be automatically charged on the listed date which will be about a month to 3 weeks prior to the event (the specific date will be listed on each event date when you check out). If you are applying after said listed date, you will be automatically charged if/when you are approved. 

 

If you need extra help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email or phone/text. This is a little extra work for everyone initially but I do think it'll be ultimately a much more transparent and pleasant process.

Terms & Conditions
FOR VENDORS: By participating in any Pop Up in the Pines Pop-Up Market, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions: Event is Rain or Shine The market will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Please plan accordingly. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances. No Refund Policy All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Set-Up and Breakdown Policy Late set-up is not allowed. Vendors must arrive and be fully set up by the designated set-up time. Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Vendors must remain fully set up until the official end of the event. Leaving early disrupts the market experience and is grounds for exclusion from future events. Tent Requirements All vendors are required to use a 10x10 pop-up tent unless specifically approved. Tent weights are mandatory on all four corners for safety. Unweighted tents may be asked to be taken down. Compliance Vendors must comply with all event instructions, local regulations, and safety guidelines. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund.
