Electricity: unavailable; quiet generators permitted

Tents: Recommended but not required
Tent stakes: Not permitted. Please use an appropriate alternative to secure your tent safely.

Beverage Restriction: The sale of bottled or canned water and soft drinks is reserved exclusively for the host tent. Approved vendors may not sell water, soda, or standard soft drinks.

What We're Looking For
We welcome local farmers, growers, fresh produce vendors, handmade goods, specialty food products, baked goods, art, crafts, wellness and beauty products, children's items, and other offerings that fit the farmers market atmosphere.

Our goal is to create a diverse shopping experience that highlights local talent, unique products, and community-based businesses.

Weather Policy
Because this is an outdoor market, the event may be cancelled or modified due to unsafe weather conditions. Weather-related decisions will be made with the safety of vendors, attendees, and event staff in mind.

Approved vendors will be notified as soon as a weather-related decision is made.

Support The Meadow Mart, a local farmers market bringing neighbors together for community fun, local vendors, and family-friendly activities! Sponsor contributions help cover event operating costs, including children's games, light refreshments, a DJ, photography, and other community activities.

Sponsors receive a personalized promotional post on Instagram and Facebook, recognition in the official event lineup post, and the option to provide marketing materials for distribution to attendees. Sponsors contributing $100 or more may also request a complimentary vendor space, subject to confirmation and availability.

Want to be one of the decorated stops at our community Trunk-or-Treat? Sign up to bring your vehicle, decorate your trunk, and help create a fun experience for local families!

Registration is FREE for participating vehicles.

The HOA will provide the candy, so you just need to bring your vehicle, your creativity, and a fun trunk setup for the kids to enjoy.

What you’ll be doing:

Bring your car, truck, or SUV
Decorate your trunk or vehicle with a fun theme
Hand out candy provided by the HOA
Be ready for families to visit your trunk during the event

Please note: This registration is for decorated vehicle participants only. You are not required to provide your own candy.

Space is limited, so please register in advance to reserve your spot as a Trunk-or-Treat stop.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR MARKETS The MelaDen is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization. No one at The MelaDen is paid to host or coordinate these events.Vendor fees are used strictly to cover the costs of producing the event, including required permits, venue or site expenses, staffing, equipment, marketing, and other event-related costs. We do not charge vendor fees as a source of personal income.Our marketing budget depends on the funds available for each event. When vendor participation is low, there may be little or no funding available for paid advertising, which means our ability to reach shoppers beyond our existing Instagram and Facebook audiences is limited.As a nonprofit, The MelaDen is also subject to financial transparency requirements. Financial information and reports may be requested in accordance with applicable nonprofit requirements.We appreciate every vendor who helps make these community events possible. Your participation helps us continue creating spaces where local businesses, creatives, and community members can connect and grow.
