Support The Meadow Mart, a local farmers market bringing neighbors together for community fun, local vendors, and family-friendly activities! Sponsor contributions help cover event operating costs, including children's games, light refreshments, a DJ, photography, and other community activities.

Sponsors receive a personalized promotional post on Instagram and Facebook, recognition in the official event lineup post, and the option to provide marketing materials for distribution to attendees. Sponsors contributing $100 or more may also request a complimentary vendor space, subject to confirmation and availability.

1. Sponsor Contributions: All contributions support The Meadow Mart's operating expenses and community activities, including children's games, light refreshments, DJ services, photography, and other event-related costs.
2. Promotional Benefits: Sponsors will receive a personalized promotional post on Instagram and Facebook and recognition in the official event lineup post alongside participating sponsors, vendors, and creatives. Promotional timing and content are determined by the organizer.
3. Marketing Materials: Sponsors may provide approved promotional materials for distribution to attendees. Materials must be submitted by the deadline provided by the organizer and must be appropriate for a general audience. The organizer reserves the right to decline unsuitable materials.
4. Complimentary Vendor Space: Sponsors contributing $100 or more may request one complimentary vendor space. The space is not automatic and must be confirmed by the organizer. Sponsors must confirm that they wish to use the space before being added to the vendor lineup. Space availability, event requirements, and applicable vendor guidelines still apply.
5. Event Participation & Check-In: The Meadow Mart is an outdoor community farmers market with a designated check-in process. Sponsors using a complimentary vendor space must follow the event's check-in instructions, setup schedule, location requirements, and organizer directions.
6. Contribution Policy: Sponsor contributions are applied toward event expenses and are nonrefundable once submitted, except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by the organizer.
7. Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to adjust event activities, promotional arrangements, or schedules as needed. If the event is canceled or significantly changed, sponsors will be notified.
8. Application Approval: Submission of a sponsor application does not guarantee approval. Sponsorships are subject to organizer review and confirmation.

By submitting this application and making a contribution, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
