• I understand that resident vendors receive priority consideration and access to the applicable free resident rate but are not guaranteed acceptance. All applications are evaluated using the same vendor selection criteria, including event theme, vendor category, product or service fit, and overall event needs. When multiple vendors offer similar products or services, selection is based on which applicant best fits the event. Residency does not override these criteria, and the event organizer reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the event's theme or requirements.
