By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or attending the Midwest Invitational Rodeo (“Event”), all attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
Rodeo events involve livestock, loud noises, uneven terrain, and fast-moving activities. Attendance is voluntary. By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with rodeo events and agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or property damage.
2. Liability Waiver
Attendees release and hold harmless the Midwest Invitational Rodeo, its organizers, sponsors, staff, volunteers, venue owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in or attendance at the Event, except where prohibited by law.
3. Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully toward participants, animals, staff, and other guests. The following are prohibited:
* Disorderly conduct or fighting
* Harassment or threatening behavior
* Illegal substances
* Weapons of any kind (unless authorized)
*Coolers, folding chairs, or wagons brought from outside the venue
* Outside alcohol or unauthorized alcohol consumption**
* Interfering with livestock or rodeo operations
Alcohol purchased inside the venue must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with local laws. Event organizers reserve the right to deny alcohol service or remove intoxicated individuals without refund.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal without refund.
4. Children and Supervision
Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and behavior of children in their care.
5. Animal Safety
Attendees must not touch, feed, or approach animals unless permitted by event staff. Unauthorized interaction with livestock is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
6. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final unless the Event is canceled. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to weather, scheduling adjustments, or personal circumstances.
7. Weather Policy
The Event may continue in rain or shine. Attendees should dress appropriately. Schedule changes may occur for safety reasons.
8. Photography and Media Release
By attending, attendees grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings taken at the Event to be used by the Midwest Invitational Rodeo for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.
9. Venue Rules
Attendees must follow all venue policies, posted signage, and instructions from event staff and security. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
10. Personal Property
The Midwest Invitational Rodeo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Attendees bring property at their own risk.
11. Emergency Situations
Attendees must follow instructions from staff or emergency personnel in the event of evacuation or emergency procedures.
12. Right to Refuse Entry
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for safety, security, or behavioral concerns without refund.
13. Agreement
Entry into the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
