About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Midwest Invitational Rodeo in Mt. Morris, Michigan. This two-day event brings together rodeo fans, families, and community members for a high-energy weekend of entertainment, culture, and commerce. We welcome both food and merchandise vendors and look forward to partnering with businesses that enhance the attendee experience while showcasing quality products and services.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting a vendor application and/or payment, the applicant (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Application Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Midwest Invitational Rodeo reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its discretion.
2. Payment Terms
Vendor space is not secured until full payment is received. All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Payments received after May 1, 2026 are subject to a $50 late fee. Final registration closes June 1, 2026, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued unless the application is rejected or the Midwest Invitational Rodeo is canceled.
3. Booth Assignment & Space Size
Vendor placement is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and payment. Final booth assignments are determined by event management.
Each vendor will be provided approximately a 10’ x 10’ space. Displays exceeding the assigned footprint will require purchase of an additional space.
Vendor spaces may not be subleased, shared, or reassigned.
4. Approved Merchandise
Vendors may only sell or display items listed and approved on their application. Unauthorized items may be removed at the discretion of event staff without refund.
The event is family-oriented. Midwest Invitational Rodeo reserves the right to require removal of any item deemed inconsistent with the nature of the event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the grounds.
5. Vendor Presence & Operations
Vendors are required to be present and actively staff their booth at all times during event hours.
Vendor displays must remain in place until the official end of the show. Early breakdown is prohibited.
Vendor areas must be kept clean and orderly throughout the event. Spaces must be returned to their original condition at teardown.
6. Setup, Parking & Access
Vendors may temporarily park near the site during setup and teardown only. All other vendor parking must occur in designated vendor parking areas.
Each vendor will receive two (2) vendor parking passes. Additional logistics instructions will be provided prior to the event.
7. Insurance & Liability
Vendors agree to provide all necessary insurance and licensing required to operate. Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, equipment, staff, and personal safety.
The Midwest Invitational Rodeo, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for vendor loss, theft, damage, or injury.
8. Conduct & Compliance
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including fire safety, licensing, and health regulations.
Unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, or policy violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
9. Health Department & Food Handling Requirements
All food vendors must obtain required permits and approvals from the local health department prior to the event. Proof must be available upon request.
Vendors must follow proper food safety practices including sanitation, temperature control, and safe handling.
Any vendor found in violation of health or safety standards may be shut down immediately without refund.
10. Electricity
Electricity is not provided. Vendors must supply their own approved power source and comply with all fire and safety regulations.
11. Weather Policy
The event operates rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for protecting their booth and merchandise from weather conditions.
12. Cancellation by Vendor
Vendor cancellations are non-refundable. Vendors understand they are not eligible for a refund unless the event is canceled.
13. Event Changes
Event organizers reserve the right to modify layout, schedule, vendor placement, or event operations as necessary for safety or logistics.
14. Agreement
By submitting an application, the Vendor confirms:
They will provide required insurance and licensing
They will supply their own electricity
They will follow all fire and health codes
They understand refunds are not issued unless the event is canceled
They have read and agree to all rules and regulations
Submission constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
