Resource tables at the Midwest Invitational Rodeo provide community organizations an opportunity to share information, services, and programs with attendees. These tables are designed to connect guests with valuable local resources that support health, education, and community well-being.

About the event

Midwest Invitational Rodeo (MWIR) is proud to showcase premier African American Cowboy and Cowgirl contestants in addition to award winning top caliber livestock at each of our rodeo performances. Our mission is to create a competitive traveling rodeo, recognize professional athletes and share the untold story of the African American Cowboy with patrons across the nation.

Terms & Conditions

By participating as a resource table at the Midwest Invitational Rodeo, the organization (“Participant”) agrees to the following:

1. Purpose of Participation
Resource tables are intended for community outreach, education, and sharing information about services or programs. Sales of merchandise or food are not permitted unless approved in writing by event organizers.

2. Approval
Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny participation at their discretion.

3. Setup & Operations
Participants must follow all setup times, placement instructions, and event guidelines. Tables must remain staffed during designated event hours.

4. Space Use
Participants may only distribute materials related to their approved organization. Space must be kept clean and organized. No amplified sound or disruptive activity is permitted.

5. Liability
Participants are responsible for their own property and materials. The Midwest Invitational Rodeo, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

6. Conduct
Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward guests, vendors, staff, and animals. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without notice.

7. Weather Policy
The event operates rain or shine. Participants are responsible for protecting their materials and equipment.

8. Electricity
Electricity is not provided. Participants must supply their own approved power source if needed.

9. Agreement
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
