Media Application

Thank you for your interest in covering the Midwest Invitational Rodeo. This application is designed for media professionals, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, and digital content creators who wish to document and promote the event through editorial, broadcast, or digital coverage.

The Midwest Invitational Rodeo welcomes media partners who can help highlight rodeo culture, community engagement, western heritage, and the athletes who compete in the event. Media credentials are limited and will be granted based on relevance of coverage, audience reach, and the ability to produce professional event coverage.

Submission of a media application does not guarantee approval, and all credentials are issued at the discretion of the Midwest Invitational Rodeo based on coverage relevance and availability. Approved media must wear their credentials at all times, remain in designated areas, follow event staff instructions, and conduct themselves professionally while covering the event. Media may capture content for editorial coverage only, commercial use requires written permission from MWIR, and the organization reserves the right to revoke credentials if event policies are not followed.
