Applications submitted after the deadline will be subject to a late application rate of $105 per week requested. Late fees apply to each individual event week included in the application.
Submission of a late application does not guarantee acceptance or vendor placement, as space may be limited.
Food Vendor Application Information
This application is for food trucks, trailers, and vendors using cooking equipment, such as charcoal or propane grills, wood-fired or propane ovens, and deep fryers.
This application is not for craft vendors, pre-made foods, non-profits or other commercial businesses.
The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce does not provide water or electricity, so please plan accordingly. We also recommend bringing dollies or other tools to help with loading and unloading. Booth locations are subject to change.
After submitting your application, please wait for approval. Once approved, you will be assigned your booth location, and your booth fee will be automatically charged.
