Food Vendor Application Information
This application is for food trucks, trailers, and vendors using cooking equipment, such as charcoal or propane grills, wood-fired or propane ovens, and deep fryers.
This application is not for craft vendors, pre-made foods, non-profits or other commercial businesses.
The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce does not provide water or electricity, so please plan accordingly. We also recommend bringing dollies or other tools to help with loading and unloading. Booth locations are subject to change.

Artisan Food Vendor Application
This application is intended for pre-made food vendors who sell food products they have personally prepared or processed, significantly transforming the ingredients but not growing or raising them themselves.
Examples include baked goods, preserved foods, breads, pastas, jams, spreads, ciders, syrups, salsas, smoked or canned meats or fish, dried fruits, flours, condiments, and oils. All artisan food items must be made from raw ingredients, and vendors must be directly involved in the preparation, baking, canning, or preserving process within a permitted facility. Artisan Food Vendors are required to provide all necessary documentation as outlined by the State of Alaska.

Farmer & Grower Vendor Application
This application is for vendors in the Farmer category, which includes Alaskan-grown products such as produce, berries, mushrooms, flowers, microgreens, and other agricultural goods produced here in Alaska. This category also includes other consumer goods that are locally grown or gathered but do not involve selling open food or beverages.
Please note: This application is not intended for artisan vendors, food trucks, food-related vendors, restaurants, or other commercial businesses.

NON-PROFIT VENDORS
We’re excited to work with non-profits like yours to bring value to our community!
To participate, non-profits are required to provide the following:
- A copy of your Tax-Exempt Status Letter
- City of Palmer Business License
- State of Alaska Business License
Booth Fees:
Non-profits are generally responsible for paying their booth fees. However, current members of the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce may request one complimentary booth per season.

Important: Confirm that you are completing the correct application for Friday Fling. This form is specifically for the 1-week free booth benefit available to Chamber Members, not for full-season vendor spaces.
CHAMBER MEMBER BENEFIT:
Members at the Butte, Hatcher, Eska, Matanuska, and Pioneer levels and Non-Profits are eligible to receive one free booth at Friday Fling. Booths are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Members using the free booth space may promote their business through flyers, giveaways, and the sale of their products.

PERFORMERS
Please complete all your information below. We will contact you regarding available performance dates.
Performances will generally take place between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM (specific hours will be confirmed upon approval).
For the 2026 season, there will be a stage, and sound and performance equipment will be available. A Chamber staff member will be on site to assist with equipment setup and take-down.
Performers are welcome to use the provided equipment as part of their performance.
