PERFORMERS

Please complete all your information below. We will contact you regarding available performance dates.

Performances will generally take place between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM (specific hours will be confirmed upon approval).
For the 2026 season, there will be a stage, and sound and performance equipment will be available. A Chamber staff member will be on site to assist with equipment setup and take-down.
Performers are welcome to use the provided equipment as part of their performance.

Terms & Conditions

Return of Property
Upon the expiration or termination of this agreement, the performer (contractor) will return to the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce any property, documentation, records, or confidential information that belongs to the Chamber.

 

Liability and Policy Violations

  1. Vendor Responsibility
    Vendors are solely responsible for their own goods and equipment. The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) is not liable for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, water, vandalism, or natural events.
  2. Hold Harmless Agreement
    Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the GPCC, the City of Palmer, and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough for any injury or damage involving themselves, their staff, or the public during the event.
  3. Right to Refuse or Remove Vendors
    GPCC reserves the right to deny or revoke booth space for any vendor whose products or behavior are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the GPCC’s mission and values. If a vendor is asked to leave, all items must be removed immediately, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
  4. Conduct and Complaints
    All concerns about other vendors or attendees must be reported to GPCC staff. Physical contact, interference with another vendor’s property, or any form of verbal or physical harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event and possible exclusion from future events.
  5. Policy Violations
    Any breach of GPCC rules will be documented in an Incident Report, signed by both GPCC staff and the vendor. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension from future GPCC events.
  6. Equal Opportunity Policy
    GPCC provides equal opportunity to all vendors and prohibits discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
  7. Legal Compliance
    Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including health, safety, and licensing requirements.

$0.00
Non-refundable Booth Space Information Each single booth space measures 10’ x 10’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $80 covers your 10x10 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application.
