About the application

NON-PROFIT VENDORS
We’re excited to work with non-profits like yours to bring value to our community!
To participate, non-profits are required to provide the following:
- A copy of your Tax-Exempt Status Letter
- City of Palmer Business License
- State of Alaska Business License
Booth Fees:
Non-profits are generally responsible for paying their booth fees. However, current members of the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce may request one complimentary booth per season.
Additional Information:
The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce does not provide water or electricity.
We recommend bringing dollies, carts, or other tools to assist with loading and unloading.
Booth locations are subject to change.
Application & Payment:
Please complete the vendor application and wait for approval. Once your application is approved, your booth will be assigned, and the booth fee will be automatically charged. Arrival information will be sent approximately two weeks before the event.
⚠️ Important: Your booth space is not reserved until payment has been received in full. By submitting your application and paying the booth fee, you are entering into an electronic agreement acknowledging and accepting all Friday Fling vendor terms and conditions.

Liability and Policy Violations
- Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for their own goods and equipment. The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) is not liable for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, water, vandalism, or natural events. - Hold Harmless Agreement
Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the GPCC, the City of Palmer, and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough for any injury or damage involving themselves, their staff, or the public during the event. - Right to Refuse or Remove Vendors
GPCC reserves the right to deny or revoke booth space for any vendor whose products or behavior are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the GPCC’s mission and values. If a vendor is asked to leave, all items must be removed immediately, and any fees paid will be forfeited. - Conduct and Complaints
All concerns about other vendors or attendees must be reported to GPCC staff. Physical contact, interference with another vendor’s property, or any form of verbal or physical harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event and possible exclusion from future events. - Policy Violations
Any breach of GPCC rules will be documented in an Incident Report, signed by both GPCC staff and the vendor. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension from future GPCC events. - Equal Opportunity Policy
GPCC provides equal opportunity to all vendors and prohibits discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. - Legal Compliance
Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Non-refundable | Booth Space Information Each single booth space measures 10’ x 10’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $80 covers your 10x10 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application. |
