Havana Nights 2025

Welcome to the Havana Night's Food Vendors Application! Here are some key items to know before you apply:

• Power is not available, you will need to use a generator.
• Setup is from 3:30-5:30pm, let us know if you'll need more time than that.
  • Enter at Valley Mall Parkway and Standerfer Ave, not from 9th Street.
  • Car Show participants start parking at 5pm, so you'll want to arrive prior to that.
• There will be port-a-potties available, which includes a hand washing station.

1. As a booth vendor, you will be required to stay the ENTIRE duration of the event, which is 6-10pm. Staff will let you know when it is safe to drive through the event at the end of the night.
2. Set up will take place between 3:30-5pm, if you need more time, please reach out to the event coordinators in advance. Cars begin checking in at 5pm, so please be set up before then!
3. The event entrance is at the corner of Valley Mall Parkway and Standerfer Ave. Do NOT try to enter from 9th street, as it will be shut down and blocked with a stage.
4. Power is not available. If you require power, please plan accordingly and bring a generator. 
5. Parking: There is an empty lot at the Valley Mall Parkway entrance to Cedars Inn, which is great for trailers, or there is a parking lot at the bottom of Standerfer Ave.
6. Liability insurance is required for $1,000,000 occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate on an occurrence basis and the City of East Wenatchee must be listed as additionally insured.

We are only accepting pre-1970 vehicles, unless your vehicles matches the esthetics of Cuba in the 1960's. If you're not sure, please apply and submit a photo of your vehicle. You will not be charged the fee until your vehicle is approved.

There will be an awards presentation at 9:30pm.
