We are only accepting pre-1970 vehicles, unless your vehicles matches the esthetics of Cuba in the 1960's. If you're not sure, please apply and submit a photo of your vehicle. You will not be charged the fee until your vehicle is approved.

There will be an awards presentation at 9:30pm.

General Rules & Regulations

• All vehicles must have valid car insurance and be street legal, if driving on the street. An insurance card/certificate must be produced, if requested by event officials.
• No refunds after July 25. Participants who do not show up for any of the events will forfeit any goody bags that they may have qualified to receive.
• Participants must observe all applicable rules and regulations, conform to the standards of reasonable public taste and safety and follow all instructions from Event Officials and Police.
  Vehicles must be checked into the Car Show by 4:30 pm and must remain in the show area until after the awards ceremony at 10pm.
• Winners must be present to win and the City will need to take a photo of your vehicle prior to leaving the event.
• Event Officials reserve the right to remove any entrant, at any time during the event.
  Any vehicle that stalls or breaks down in the middle of the road will be towed at the owners expense.

Hold Harmless Agreement

• You are an owner or representative of the vehicle(s) listed in this form.
• Your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document.
• By signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
• Certifying that you have current Auto Liability Insurance on each vehicle you are registering and will provide copies to the Events Department or this registration will not be valid.
• Assume all risk of bodily injury or property damage that myself, and associated with my vehicle, may incur while participating in Havana Nights.
• Agree that I am liable for all guests associated with my registered vehicle(s).
• If I fail to attend the event, am removed from the event for any reason or violate any rules of the event, I understand that I will not receive a refund.
• By signing in the signature box, listed further down in the registration form, I am acknowledging that I have read and understand the General Rules & Regulations listed above.
• By signing in the signature box, listed further down in the registration form: I hereby irrevocably, for myself, my spouse, my child, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns do hereby expressly and forever release and agree to hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee and Clearwater Saloon and Casino, all sponsors and all directors, from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the participation of myself, my spouse, my child, or any third party in Havana Nights.
