Fallon PRCA Rodeo

The Fallon PRCA Rodeo welcomes retail vendors to be part of one of Northern Nevada’s premier western events. With attendees from Fallon and surrounding communities, this rodeo offers an incredible opportunity for vendors to showcase their products in a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere that celebrates western heritage and community.

Retail vendors may include (but are not limited to) western apparel, jewelry, hats, leather goods, handmade items, boutiques, art, home décor, specialty gifts, and other unique retail products. Food vendors are not included in this category.

Participation as a retail vendor provides exposure to a diverse crowd of rodeo fans, families, and visitors looking to shop, support small businesses, and take home something special from rodeo weekend. Booth spaces are limited and curated to ensure a quality shopping experience for attendees.

The Fallon PRCA Rodeo is now accepting food truck applications to be part of one of Fallon Nevada’s largest and most anticipated western events.

Food trucks will serve hundreds of rodeo fans, families, competitors, and visitors over an action-packed event schedule. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideal for experienced mobile food vendors who can efficiently serve large crowds while maintaining quality and professionalism.

We are seeking a diverse mix of food options to provide a great guest experience. All food trucks must be fully self-contained, compliant with local health department requirements, and hold all required licenses and permits.

Space is limited and food trucks are curated to ensure variety. Approved vendors will receive placement in designated food truck areas determined by event staff.

Volunteers are the backbone of everything we do, and we are grateful for the incredible community that makes our events possible. By applying to volunteer, you are signing up to be part of the team that helps bring the Fallon PRCA Rodeo and surrounding western events to life. Volunteers may assist with a variety of roles including (but not limited to) event setup and teardown, vendor and contestant support, guest services, ticketing, arena operations, and general event assistance. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, willingness to help, and the ability to work as part of a team. This is a fast-paced, rewarding experience that offers a behind-the-scenes look at large-scale western events while giving back to the Fallon community. Volunteer shifts may vary in length and responsibilities depending on event needs.
