The Fallon PRCA Rodeo welcomes retail vendors to be part of one of Northern Nevada’s premier western events. With attendees from Fallon and surrounding communities, this rodeo offers an incredible opportunity for vendors to showcase their products in a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere that celebrates western heritage and community.

Retail vendors may include (but are not limited to) western apparel, jewelry, hats, leather goods, handmade items, boutiques, art, home décor, specialty gifts, and other unique retail products. Food vendors are not included in this category.

Participation as a retail vendor provides exposure to a diverse crowd of rodeo fans, families, and visitors looking to shop, support small businesses, and take home something special from rodeo weekend. Booth spaces are limited and curated to ensure a quality shopping experience for attendees.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application & Approval

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Vendors are selected to ensure a balanced mix of products and to avoid duplication.
  • The Fallon PRCA Rodeo Committee reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Vendor fees must be paid in full upon acceptance to secure a space.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the vendor space.

3. Setup & Breakdown

  • Vendors must set up during designated setup times provided prior to the event.
  • All booths must be fully set up and ready for business before gates open to the public.
  • Early teardown or breakdown during event hours is not permitted without prior approval.
  • Vendors are responsible for removing all items and leaving their space clean at the conclusion of the event.

4. Booth Space & Equipment

  • Booth spaces are assigned by event staff and may not be altered, shared, or sublet.
  • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and weights if required.
  • Booths must remain within the allotted space and not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors.
  • All tents and displays must be secured safely and professionally.

5. Products & Sales

  • Vendors may only sell items approved in their application.
  • No food, beverage, alcohol, or prohibited items may be sold unless expressly authorized.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax and complying with local, state, and federal laws.

6. Conduct & Compliance

  • Vendors and their staff must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner at all times.
  • Excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Vendors must comply with all event rules, fire codes, safety regulations, and instructions from event staff.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Vendors participate at their own risk.
  • The Fallon PRCA Rodeo, event organizers, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

  • This is a rain-or-shine event.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond the control of event organizers.

9. Cancellation

  • Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Fallon PRCA Rodeo Committee.

10. Agreement

  • By submitting an application and participating in the event, vendors acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Prices

Initial 10x10 Booth Space- Full 10 Days $300.00 Non-refundable This vendor option provides participation across 10 action-packed days of premier western events in Fallon, offering extended exposure to a large and diverse audience of competitors, families, and rodeo fans from across the region. The full event includes: Queen of Hearts Barrel Race | April 11–14 Reset Day | April 15 (no public access) Fallon PRCA Rodeo | April 16–17 (held in the outdoor arena) Double Down Team Roping | April 18–20 The majority of vendor spaces for this package will be indoors, providing a comfortable, weather-protected shopping environment throughout most of the event. Vendors will benefit from consistent foot traffic over multiple disciplines, including barrel racers, ropers, rodeo attendees, and spectators. This option is ideal for vendors looking for maximum visibility, longer selling opportunities, and the ability to connect with a wide western-lifestyle audience over an extended period. Booth spaces are limited and assigned to ensure a high-quality market experience for both vendors and guests. Schedule is tentative and subject to change.
Initial 10x10 Vendor Space – Fallon PRCA Rodeo (June 16–17) $200.00 Non-refundable This vendor option is for two days only, during the Fallon PRCA Rodeo on June 16th and 17th. Vendors will receive an initial 10’ x 10’ booth space, located outside at the outdoor arena, placing your business in the heart of rodeo action and high spectator traffic. This option is perfect for vendors looking to be part of the excitement during Fallon’s biggest rodeo nights. Vendors may purchase up to two (2) additional 10’ x 10’ spaces as add-ons to expand their setup, subject to availability and approval. This outdoor market experience offers excellent visibility to rodeo fans, families, and visitors while showcasing western apparel, boutiques, handmade goods, art, and specialty retail items in a lively, high-energy setting. Space is limited. Booth placement is assigned by event staff. This is an outdoor, weather-dependent vendor area.
Additional booth space $100.00 Non-refundable This add-on is available only after purchasing the required initial 10’ x 10’ vendor booth space. Vendors may purchase up to two (2) additional 10’ x 10’ booth spaces to expand their display area during the event. Additional spaces will be assigned based on availability. Trailer parking inside the building is limited and not guaranteed. Vendors requiring space for trailers must indicate this at the time of application and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to approval. This add-on is ideal for vendors needing extra room for larger displays, additional inventory, or expanded booth layouts. All add-on spaces are subject to approval and must be used by the approved vendor only. Booth placement and trailer accommodations are determined by event staff.
Power $50.00 Non-refundable This power charge provides access to electrical power at your vendor space. Vendors must supply their own extension cords and power strips. Power availability is limited and not guaranteed in all locations.
