Village Park & Fair Oaks Performing Arts Center Grand Opening Celebration - Family Festival

Calling All Local Performers! The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District is seeking talented local performers and demonstration groups to take the stage at the Kid's Park bandshell during the Village Park & Fair Oaks Performing Arts Center Grand Opening Family Festival.

To be considered, please complete and submit the full application ASAP. Performances will be approved as they are received and as space allows. Applications will be accepted after this date as space allows. Preference will first be given to groups based in Fair Oaks. All performances must be family-friendly. Please note that no compensation will be provided for performers or demonstration groups.

PREFERENCE will be given to Fair Oaks Community Partner Groups and schools in Fair Oaks, followed next by businesses based in Fair Oaks. Due to the limited space, not all groups/businesses may be approved. 

Performance times will range from 10:00 AM to 1:45 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025. While we will do our best to accommodate your group’s needs, final performance times and details will be determined by FORPD based on the event schedule.

Applicants will be notified after the June 1st deadline. Be sure to read all terms and conditions carefully before applying.

Vendors in this category are limited to community partner groups or schools that will host a Kid’s HANDS ON ARTS & CRAFTS PROJECT BOOTH or CARNIVAL GAME. NO SALES are allowed. 

SPACE IS LIMITED. PREFERENCE will be given to Fair Oaks Community Partner Groups and schools in Fair Oaks, followed next by businesses based in Fair Oaks. Due to the limited space, not all groups/businesses may be approved.
