Activity Booth Application - Kid's Zone of Grand Opening
About the registration
Vendors in this category are limited to community partner groups or schools that will host a Kid’s HANDS ON ARTS & CRAFTS PROJECT BOOTH or CARNIVAL GAME. NO SALES are allowed.
SPACE IS LIMITED. PREFERENCE will be given to Fair Oaks Community Partner Groups and schools in Fair Oaks, followed next by businesses based in Fair Oaks. Due to the limited space, not all groups/businesses may be approved.
To be considered, please complete and submit the full application form no later than September 25, 2025. Applications will be accepted as submitted and as space allows. All booths must be family-friendly.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
PLEASE NOTE: The date of the Grand Opening is pending construction completion. In the event the project is delayed and the opening is impacted, you will be notified.
All Activity Booths will be located in Village Park (closest to Temescal St.) and must adhere to the following requirements:
1. Supply a hands on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed OR a Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted.
2. Vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The District has a limited # of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Mary at mstoakley@forpd to inquire what is available).
3. Vendor should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 250 children.
4. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the main focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings.

No exceptions. 2.Vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited # of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Mary at mstoakley@forpd to inquire what is available). 3. Vendor should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 250 children. 4. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the main focus of the booth.
