Each Vendor is required to submit the following documents to the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Manager: • General Waiver • Workers Compensation Waiver ï‚¨ If the Vendor has a generator and/or cooking and heating items, the Vendor must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Pompano Beach as additionally insured and as the certificate holder. A Sample COI can be supplied to Vendor. ï‚¨ All Vendors will be inspected by the Fire Marshall prior to each event to ensure all tents are safely set up. ï‚¨ Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax

Celebrate Independence Day with us at Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach, a vibrant coastal community known for its beautiful beaches, festive spirit, and dynamic arts scene. This 4th of July, we invite you to be a part of our annual celebration, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your unique products or services to locals and visitors in a lively and patriotic atmosphere.

Our vendor program is designed to highlight local entrepreneurs while enhancing the 4th of July experience for our residents and guests. From fireworks to live music, this day is filled with excitement, and we want you to be a part of it!

Application Details:

Eligibility: Open to all vendors offering high-quality products or services that align with the festive and family-friendly atmosphere of the 4th of July.
Types of Vendors: Food, crafts, art, retail, and more – anything that adds to the celebration!
Location: Bryant Park, Lake Worth Beach. This scenic park will be the heart of our 4th of July festivities.
Duration: One-day event for the 4th of July celebration, with opportunities for year-round vendor participation in other events.
Requirements: Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits. All vendors must embody the spirit of the 4th of July in their offerings.
Booth Space: Spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. Space may not be shared or sold to another vendor. Only one vendor will be assigned per booth. You can request more spaces.
Approval: Please note that this is an application submission only. Your application is not approved until it is reviewed and approved by the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department.
