Welcome to the City of Lake Worth Beach, a vibrant coastal community known for its beautiful beaches, thriving arts scene, and diverse cultural events. As a vendor in our city, you will have the opportunity to connect with locals and visitors alike, showcasing your unique products or services in a lively atmosphere.
Our vendor program is designed to promote local entrepreneurship while enhancing the experience of our residents and guests. We invite you to be part of our events, markets, and festivals, contributing to the dynamic spirit of Lake Worth Beach.
Application Details:
- Eligibility: Open to all vendors offering high-quality products or services.
- Types of Vendors: Food, crafts, art, retail, and more.
- Location: Various designated areas throughout Lake Worth Beach, including parks and event spaces.
- Duration: Seasonal and year-round opportunities available.
- Requirements: Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations, as well as obtain necessary permits.
- Booth spaces measure approximately 10’ x 10’. Space may not be shared.
- Only one vendor will be assigned per booth space.
- All vendors must be approved by the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department

About the event
Terms & Conditions
1.Vendor agrees to comply with any and all applicable Federal, State, County, and City laws and regulations and to post proof ofall necessary licenses in its booth.
2. Vendor agrees to notify the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department in writing, a minimum of one week prior to Event, if they are unable to participate in Event Registard for. Failure to notify the City of Lake Worth Beach Department with the proper written notice may result in cancellation of future reservations.
3. Late arrival may result in booth location being reassigned or inability to participate in the market.
4. Vendor agrees to not to break down prior to any event. Leaving early could result in cancellation of future reservations.
5. Vendor agrees to keep their space(s) attractive and to clean them when the event ends. All litter, cardboard boxes, productdebris, crates, boxes, etc., must be removed at the close of each event. Vendor agrees to leave their booth space in the same condition it was found.
6. Vendor acknowledges that the use/or placement of tables, chairs, products, boxes, or signs outside of the assigned vendorspace is strictly prohibited.
7. Vendor agrees to sell product within their assigned space only! All vendor activity MUST be conducted within the booth space provided. Any vendor activity related to City of Lake Worth Beach Event outside the assigned vendor space is prohibited.
8. Vendor agrees to be honest and at all times conduct themselves in a courteous manner. Discrimination, rude, abusive, offensive, orother disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited.
9. Vendor shall not bark, shout, or solicit in a loud or aggressive manner to customers in an attempt to make a sale.
10. Vendor agrees to anchor its tent on all four (4) corners with a minimum of twenty (20) pound anchors on each corner regardlessof weather conditions. Vendor will be asked to remove its tent for failure to comply with this requirement. The City of Lake Worth Beach has the authority to ask any vendor to take down its tent due to weather conditions or failure tofollow this rule.
11. Vendors cooking onsite MUST turn off their cooking units at the end time of the event.
12. Cooking equipment used in fixed, mobile or temporary concessions, such as trucks or trailers, shall have the fire suppressionequipment, included fire extinguishers, and hood suppression systems (if applicable) properly maintained and serviced by aFlorida State certified company. Proper documentation must always be available on site.
13. One 2A10BC fire extinguisher must be provided by the vendor. In addition, a Class K-type fire extinguisher is recommended forvendors that are deep frying. All extinguishers shall have a current inspection tag with proper pressure and pin secured in place.
14. All propane cylinders must be secured. Small cylinders (20#) can be put in a milk carton type crate. Large cylinders shall besecured to a stationary object.
15. All propane cylinders shall be ten (10) feet from the cooking appliance with gas line secured.
16. Deep fryers or pans with grease used for cooking shall have a metal cover plate (lid) to put them on in case of fire or rain.
17. If cooking under canopy structure, it shall be of flame resistant material. There shall be a flame resistant tag/label affixed toeach canopy.
18. Vendors serving food must have a five gallon water jug and a catch bucket for hand washing and sanitizing.
19. Vendors selling food must wear gloves.
