City of Lake Worth Beach Vendor Application Description Welcome to the City of Lake Worth Beach, a vibrant coastal community known for its beautiful beaches, thriving arts scene, and diverse cultural events. As a vendor in our city, you will have the opportunity to connect with locals and visitors alike, showcasing your unique products or services in a lively atmosphere. Our vendor program is designed to promote local entrepreneurship while enhancing the experience of our residents and guests. We invite you to be part of our events, markets, and festivals, contributing to the dynamic spirit of Lake Worth Beach. General Application Details: • Eligibility: Open to all participants and vendors offering high-quality products or services. • Types of Vendor Applications: Event participant sign-up, food, crafts, art, retail, and more. Please note: Each application will be specifically tailored to each event. Not all events will be accepting Food and Craft vendors. • Location: Various designated areas throughout Lake Worth Beach, including parks and event spaces. • Duration: Seasonal and year-round opportunities available. • Requirements: Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations, as well as obtain necessary permits. Each Vendor is required to submit the following documents to the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Manager: • General Waiver • Workers Compensation Waiver  If the Vendor has a generator and/or cooking and heating items, the Vendor must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Pompano Beach as additionally insured and as the certificate holder. A Sample COI can be supplied to Vendor.  All Vendors will be inspected by the Fire Marshall prior to each event to ensure all tents are safely set up.  Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax

Welcome!


Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the City of Lake Worth Beach Bonfire & Night Market!

Held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays from November through February, this community event brings together residents and visitors for an enjoyable evening featuring live entertainment, shopping, and a relaxing bonfire atmosphere along the waterfront.

 

Our Night Market is designed to showcase local artisans, makers, crafters, and specialty retail businesses while creating a fun and welcoming experience for the community.

Please Note: Food and beverage vendors are NOT permitted at this event. Vendor spaces are reserved exclusively for approved non-food retail vendors.

 

Application Details
Eligibility: Open to vendors offering high-quality handmade items, art, boutique, specialty retail, home décor, jewelry, candles, soaps, gifts, and other approved non-food merchandise.

Food & Beverage Vendors: Not permitted.

 

Event Schedule:

1st and 3rd Fridays
November through February
Event Hours: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Location: Designated vendor area at the City of Lake Worth Beach Bonfire & Night Market.

 

Booth Space:

Booth spaces measure approximately 10' x 10'.
Booth spaces may not be shared.


Only one approved vendor is permitted per booth space.


Approval Process:
All vendors must be reviewed and approved by the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department prior to participating.

Join us for the 60th Annual Holiday Parade in Lake Worth Beach on Saturday, December 5, 2026!

This year’s theme is:

“A Sweet 60th Celebration in Candyland”
Get ready for a sweet celebration as Lake Worth Beach transforms into a colorful Candyland filled with oversized sweets, candy canes, gumdrops, lollipops, festive floats, cheerful holiday characters, and exciting performances!

As we celebrate 60 incredible years of the Lake Worth Beach Holiday Parade, marching bands, community organizations, businesses, schools, and creative parade entries will come together to make this milestone celebration one to remember.

Parade participants are encouraged to bring this year’s Candyland theme to life through colorful decorations, imaginative costumes, creative floats, and festive displays inspired by all things sweet. From peppermint pathways and gingerbread-inspired creations to gumdrops and larger-than-life candy, let your creativity shine!

Bring your family and friends and join us as we celebrate six decades of holiday memories, community spirit, creativity, and togetherness in Lake Worth Beach.

Important Note:
No participant is permitted to feature a Santa Claus character. The only Santa Claus in the parade will be sponsored by the City of Lake Worth Beach. Any float, vehicle, or group displaying a Santa Claus will be removed from the lineup.
This is not an application for food or craft vendors. This application is for parade participants only.
