City of Lake Worth Beach Bonfire & Night Market Vendor Application
Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the City of Lake Worth Beach Bonfire & Night Market!
Held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays from November through February, this community event brings together residents and visitors for an enjoyable evening featuring live entertainment, shopping, and a relaxing bonfire atmosphere along the waterfront.
Our Night Market is designed to showcase local artisans, makers, crafters, and specialty retail businesses while creating a fun and welcoming experience for the community.
Please Note: Food and beverage vendors are NOT permitted at this event. Vendor spaces are reserved exclusively for approved non-food retail vendors.
Application Details
Eligibility: Open to vendors offering high-quality handmade, artisan, boutique, specialty retail, home décor, jewelry, apparel, candles, soaps, artwork, gifts, and other approved non-food merchandise.
Food & Beverage Vendors: Not permitted.
Event Schedule:
1st and 3rd Fridays
November through February
Event Hours: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Designated vendor area at the City of Lake Worth Beach Bonfire & Night Market.
Booth Space:
Booth spaces measure approximately 10' x 10'.
Booth spaces may not be shared.
Only one approved vendor is permitted per booth space.
Approval Process:
All vendors must be reviewed and approved by the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department prior to participating.

Terms & Conditions
1. Vendors agree to comply with all applicable Federal, State, County, and City laws, ordinances, and regulations and must possess any required licenses or permits applicable to their business.
2. Vendors who are unable to attend a scheduled market must notify the City of Lake Worth Beach Special Events Department in writing at least one (1) week prior to the event. Failure to provide proper notice may affect future participation.
3. Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in period. Late arrivals may result in reassignment or forfeiture of their booth space.
4. Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event. Early breakdown or departure is prohibited and may result in removal from future events.
5. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive booth space. At the conclusion of each event, all trash, boxes, merchandise, displays, and debris must be removed. Booth spaces must be left in the same condition in which they were found.
6. Tables, displays, merchandise, signage, chairs, or any other equipment may not extend beyond the assigned booth space.
7. All sales and vendor activities must remain within the assigned booth space.
8. Vendors shall conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Discrimination, harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
9. Aggressive solicitation, shouting, or calling out to patrons is prohibited.
10. Vendors providing tents must secure each corner with a minimum 20-pound weight at all times, regardless of weather conditions. The City reserves the right to require tents to be removed if they are not properly secured or if weather conditions become unsafe.
11. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting (if needed), and any other equipment necessary for their booth.
12. Electrical service is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring electricity must receive prior approval from the City.
13. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required Florida sales tax registration and collecting/remitting sales tax as required by law.
14. The City of Lake Worth Beach reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application based on event needs, product duplication, space availability, or appropriateness for the event.
15. Vendors may only sell merchandise that has been approved through the application process. Any changes to merchandise offerings must receive prior written approval.
16. The City of Lake Worth Beach is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment.
17. Vendors participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for their booth, merchandise, employees, and customers within their assigned space.
18. The City of Lake Worth Beach reserves the right to modify vendor rules, booth assignments, or event operations as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.
