APW Avalon Aglow 2025

Friday, December 13th – Avalon Park Wesley Chapel

This is the application for artists and crafters of handmade items interested in participating in Avalon Aglow at Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel on Friday, December 13th. This is a free, family-friendly community event celebrating the holiday season.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and juried. If approved, you’ll be invited to select and purchase your booth location.

This is an outdoor event that will take place rain or shine. Booth spaces are 10x10 and include only the location—vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and chairs. A credit card must be submitted with your application and again when purchasing your booth.

Booth Options:

• Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $100

• Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $75

• Red: Premium Booth (No Power) – $50

• Purple: Standard Booth (No Power) – $30

Premium booths are located in high-traffic areas or near entertainment. Electricity is only available in select booth areas and must be selected after approval.

By submitting this application and choosing a booth, you are agreeing to the terms below and entering into an electronic agreement.

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.

Vendor Booth Details:
Each booth is a 10x10 space and includes the location only. Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs. A double booth measures 10x20.

Booth fees are based on the location selected after approval. Credit card information will be required with your application and again to secure your booth upon approval.

• Red: Premium Booth (No Power) – $50

• Purple: Standard Booth (No Power) – $30

This is the Spooktacular vendor application for First Booth Participation FREE for members.

Avalon Park hosts community-wide festivals each year that attract thousands of people to join in on the fun! These festivals are incredible ways to market your business to all of Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. We have sponsorship levels of all ranges from $5,000-$250. Join us as we celebrate our annual Spooktacular event in Avalon Park! We need volunteers to assist with vendors setup, posting signs, filling up goodie bags and prep work for the costume parade.

This is the performance request application for Spooktacular.

 

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
