As one of the signature events of our International Folk Festival, this celebration beautifully showcases the cultures, traditions, and stories that make our community so wonderfully diverse. With more than 30 nations represented, it’s a powerful reminder of how much richer we are together.
We would love for you to join us! You can march with an existing country group or gather friends to start your own to represent your heritage and nationality. Whether your group is long-established or just coming together for the first time, your culture deserves to be seen and celebrated.

International Food Vendor Hours:
Saturday, September 26th, 12 pm-7 pm
Groups in this category are affiliated with nonprofits, cultural organizations, and artists that support the cultural communities via the sale of their food. To apply as an International Group Vendor, you must have approval from Arts Council staff or have active nonprofit status.
Load-in for international food vendors will be on Friday, September 25th between Noon to 5 pm. If you are requesting a Saturday morning load-in as an alternative, you MUST ADD this to your application below. Saturday morning load-ins ARE NOT GUARANTEED and are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Think stunning art installations, live art in action, and an Arts Market full of creativity and one-of-a-kind finds. And we’d love for you to be part of it!

Arts Market Vendor Load-in:
Friday, September 26th: 2 pm-7 pm.
Load-in for arts and craft vendors will be on Friday, September 25th, between 2PM to 6 pm. If you are requesting a load in on Saturday morning, you must add that to your application below. Saturday morning load-ins ARE NOT GUARANTEED are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your approved application secures one (1) 10x10 booth space at our 48th Annual International Folk Festival. As the Arts Vendor, YOU are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, merchandise, Wi-Fi access, and other equipment needed to sell your art/wares during the event. Vendors will be charged the full amount of the application if/when the application is approved.
The festival is rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed after submitting your application.

The Arts Council invites cultural artists of all disciplines to apply for a performance slot during the 48th International Folk Festival! To align with the mission of IFF, performances must represent the cultural/historical perspective of the performer(s).
The International Folk Festival will have artist performance slots available:
Friday - September 25: 6PM to 10PM
Saturday - September 26: 12PM to 7PM
Please indicate your availability on both days. If you have a preferred date/time for your performance, please also note that information in your application.

The price includes one(1) 20x10 (Food) or 10x10 (Merchandise) space at the 48th Annual International Folk Festival. The Arts Council will provide each Commercial Vendor with a space number and a 20x10 (food) or 10x10 space (Merchandise), NOT INCLUDING ELECTRICITY. The vendor will be responsible for any tents, tables, chairs, merchandise, Wi-Fi access, and other equipment needed to sell your goods during the event.
Vendors will be charged the full amount of the application to include additional add-on options (electricity, late fee, early morning set-up, etc.) if/when the application is approved.
The festival is a rain-or-shine festival, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed after submission.
